Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
  • All successful orders will receive a confirmation email from us.  If you don’t see that confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
  • You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.  That email will contain your tracking number.
  • You will receive an additional email any time tracking information changes for your order.

Because we offer a wide range of items from a large number of different suppliers, some items will ship to you from different warehouses in different locations.  So it’s common to receive items from your order in separate packages, or even in separate deliveries entirely.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order contains items coming from different warehouses, you’ll receive update emails whenever new tracking numbers become available.

Free Shipping:
Certain items we carry include free shipping, because those particular items will be shipped to you directly from our supplier.  All items that include free shipping are clearly marked throughout the Unknown Truth Tarot Metaphysical Supply Store so you can easily tell which items come with free shipping.  Please allow 30-40 days for delivery of those particular items. 

Apparel, Mugs, and Other Custom Printed Items:
All our apparel and mugs are custom printed for you after you place your order.  Shipping price for custom print items is calculated at checkout.  It generally takes 1-3 business days to custom print your item.  After that, your item will be shipped to you directly from the print provider.  Domestic estimated deliver times after production are 2 to 5 business days.  The price will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to just about anywhere in the world.  But there are a few exceptions.  We don’t ship to the following countries:  Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Unknown Truth Tarot is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please keep in mind that items coming from different warehouses will have their own separate tracking numbers, so you may have multiple tracking numbers with your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receipt of your tracking number for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship to a P.O. Box if you choose USPS options during checkout. 

However, some options from FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  That fact is clearly marked for you for those options during checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact our support team here as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
